As you may know, a Mission Study Team was formed to gather information and prepare a Mission Study Report as a required element of LNPC’s search for a new pastor. The Mission Study Report contains various types of data ranging from church to community composition, historical precedents and future goals. One important aspect of our work is to discern how people feel about various aspects of their religious experience. Ultimately, this will enable the Pastor Nominating Committee to select a pastor (and a pastor to select LNPC) who fits our culture and will represent and lead our church into its next phase. In aid of our effort, please take a moment to answer a few important questions.
